Home Motion Pro collects the order information you submit, including contact details, property details, listing photographs, optional branding assets, production instructions, payment status, revision requests, and service activity.

We use this information to validate orders, process payments, create and quality-check listing videos, deliver completed files, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the service.

Property photographs and branding assets

Uploaded files are used only for the requested Home Motion Pro production and related support. Customers must have permission to use every submitted photograph, logo, headshot, and other asset.

Payment information

Home Motion Pro does not store complete card numbers. Secure payment processing is handled through the checkout system connected to the service.

Retention

Source files and completed videos may be retained for the period needed to deliver the service, support revisions, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary by package and operational need.

Security

We use private server-side processing, limited-access storage, expiring delivery links, authentication controls, and logging designed to protect order information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact Home Motion Pro to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information, subject to legal, payment, dispute, and business-record requirements.
