Service
Home Motion Pro turns submitted listing photographs into a branded walkthrough-style property video. The service does not create or certify a true three-dimensional floor plan, virtual twin, measured model, property inspection, appraisal, or guaranteed representation of physical room connections.
Customer permissions
You confirm that you have the right to upload and use all photographs, logos, headshots, music requests, property details, and branding assets. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, private, or unauthorized content.
Accuracy review
Generated motion can occasionally distort or alter visible details. Home Motion Pro uses quality-control safeguards, but the customer must review the final video before publication and promptly report material inaccuracies.
Packages and revisions
Each package includes only the listed scene count, formats, branding, turnaround priority, and revision allowance. A minor revision means a limited correction to the delivered production. New photos, a different property, a major sequence change, a complete style change, or substantial re-production may require a separate charge.
Payment and production
Production begins only after payment is confirmed and required files are received. Displayed turnaround windows are targets, not guarantees, because upload quality, production retries, service interruptions, and additional review can affect delivery.
Refunds
Before production begins, an eligible cancellation may receive a refund less nonrecoverable payment costs. After production or paid generation work begins, refunds are discretionary and may be reduced by work already performed. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be corrected.
Delivery and retention
Completed files are delivered through a private link. Customers are responsible for downloading and preserving final files. Delivery links may expire, and source files may be deleted according to retention practices.
Acceptable use
You may not use Home Motion Pro to misrepresent a property, conceal known material conditions, create discriminatory housing content, violate listing-service rules, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Motion Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use or publication of a video. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
